Since its inception in 1979, Zagat has been for diners, by diners. For over 40 years now, Zagat has been publishing restaurant guides that reflect the opinions of the world's most passionate diners.

Now, after a few years off, the iconic Zagat Survey is relaunching and your input can help shape the latest guide. If you have dined at a New York City restaurant in the past 12 months, we want to hear from you.

You will be asked to rate the food, service, and atmosphere for each restaurant you select, with the option to also input cost per person and make additional comments.

We are asking you to review at least 1 restaurant but encourage you to review as many restaurants as you'd like.
